FAQ
What primary care service do you provide?
We assess, diagnose, and treat acute/chronic illness, wellness, and physical and diagnostic testing. We can see you on the same day if you have an acute/urgent illness or need medication refills. As your primary care provider, we can also manage chronic conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and more. In addition, we offer ear wax cleaning and DOT exams.
Why should I choose you?
We are flexible, reliable, and highly knowledgeable in managing your medical needs. Our office hours are open on the weekend to ensure you are included because most offices are closed. The office wait time before you see the provider is minimal. We answer our phone calls, e-mails, and text messages promptly, so you don’t have to wait or worry about being unable to reach us. Our pricing is very competitive.
Do you take insurance or self-pay?
We take both insurance and self-pay. We accept Ambetter, BCBS, Cigna, Evolutionary Health System, FL Medicare, FL Medicaid, Multiplan, Tricare, and UHC. More insurance is coming soon. Please remember that there are some services or medications, like weight loss medication or testosterone replacement therapy, that your insurance may not cover if they’re not medically necessary. Please check with your insurance company for more details. We offer affordable office visits and lab fees for patients without insurance. Please call 407-743-5700 for further information.
Are you licensed and insured?
Our provider holds an autonomous APRN license in Florida. To hold an autonomous FL APRN license, the provider has to complete at least 3,000 clinical hours under the supervision of a physician. We have malpractice insurance.
How much does it cost?
The office price starts at $100 for new patients and $75 for established patients. The final price is based on the level of complexity. Please call 407-743-5700 for further information.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
We do but appointments are based on availability and provider’s schedule.
Can you draw blood in the office?
Not currently. However, we send your lab work to your preferred lab, and you can schedule an appointment with them at your earliest convenience.
