We accept Ambetter, BCBS, Cigna, Evolutionary Health System, FL Medicare, FL Medicaid, Multiplan, Tricare, and UHC. More insurance is coming soon. Please remember that there are some services or medications, like weight loss medication or testosterone replacement therapy, that your insurance may not cover if they’re not medically necessary. Our provider holds an autonomous APRN license in Florida. To hold an autonomous FL APRN license, the provider has to complete at least 3,000 clinical hours under the supervision of a physician. We have malpractice insurance.

Besides your usual primary care, we dive deeper into men’s health, like symptoms related to low testosterone and erectile dysfunction.
We spend 30-60 minutes on our initial consultation to review your health history and symptoms. Then we will order the lab work based on your consultation. Once we receive your lab result, we can start the treatment.

We currently provide Testosterone replacement therapy for low testosterone and Viagra and Cialis for erectile dysfunction. Call for more information.
Unfortunately, most of the time, it won’t. Insurance companies won’t cover treatment if your testosterone levels exceed 300 ng/dl. Additionally, many adult men experience symptoms when their levels are normal or even above 300. However, we do offer affordable self-pay options.
