FAQ
What primary care service do you provide?
We assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. We also provide preventive care, wellness and physical exams, diagnostic testing, and medication management.
For acute or urgent medical concerns, we offer same-day appointments when available. We can also assist established patients who need timely medication refills or follow-up care.
As your primary care provider, we can help manage chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and many other common health concerns.
Additional services include earwax removal, DOT physical exams, laboratory testing, health screenings, medication management, and specialist referrals when needed.
Our goal is to provide convenient, accessible, and personalized healthcare while minimizing unnecessary wait times.
Why should I choose you?
We are flexible, reliable, and experienced in managing a wide range of healthcare needs. We offer weekend office hours to make healthcare more convenient and accessible, especially when many other medical offices are closed.
We understand that your time is valuable. Our office wait times are typically minimal, and we make every effort to respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and text messages. You should not have to wait days for an answer or worry about being unable to reach your healthcare provider.
We also offer competitive and affordable pricing for many of our services. Our goal is to provide convenient, responsive, and personalized healthcare while giving each patient the time and attention they deserve.
Do you take insurance or self-pay?
We accept both insurance and self-pay patients. Our office currently accepts Ambetter, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, Evolutionary Health System, Florida Medicare, Florida Medicaid, TRICARE, and UnitedHealthcare (UHC). We are continuing to expand our network, and additional insurance plans may be available in the future.
Please keep in mind that insurance coverage varies depending on your individual plan. Certain services, treatments, or medications, including weight-loss medications and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), may not be covered or may require specific medical criteria, prior authorization, or supporting documentation.
We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to verify your benefits, coverage, deductible, copay, and any out-of-pocket costs before receiving services.
For patients without insurance or for services that are not covered by insurance, we offer affordable self-pay office visits and lab options.
Please call 407-743-5700 for additional information about insurance, self-pay pricing, or appointment scheduling.
Are you licensed and insured?
Our provider is a Florida-licensed Autonomous Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), authorized to practice independently within the scope permitted by Florida law.
To qualify for autonomous practice in Florida, an APRN must meet specific state requirements, including completing at least 3,000 clinical practice hours under physician supervision, along with applicable education and licensing requirements.
Our provider also maintains professional malpractice insurance as part of our commitment to providing safe, responsible, and high-quality healthcare.
How much does it cost?
Initial consultations start at $125 for new patients and $100 for established patients. Final pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the visit and services provided.
For more information or to schedule a consultation, please call 407-743-5700.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes, we do. However, appointments are subject to availability and the provider’s schedule. Please contact our office to check for the earliest available appointment.
Can you draw blood in the office?
Not currently. However, we can send your lab orders to your preferred laboratory, where you can schedule an appointment at your earliest convenience.
